Should we be required for any reason other than maintenance, at any time, we pride ourselves on rapid response times and great customer service. This could be due to anything from an office move, delivery of water dispenser cups or an additional water unit. Our phones are manned throughout business hours with an additional after-hours messaging service.

Regular on-site service calls
ALL our water dispensers come with a Full Maintenance Service Agreement INCLUDED, as well as a low fixed cost contract. Our friendly service technicians are in the field every business day completing regular scheduled servicing on our variety of water dispensers and coolers across customer sites. Your water unit will be fully maintained to the highest standards.
Full water filter maintenance
Includes the following:
- Filter replacement and flushing
- Maintenance services on water coolers throughout South East Queensland
- Steam-clean and sanitisation of all water contact parts
- Thermostat check and adjustment
- Replacement of any heavy usage parts when required, including taps
